About
These galleries represent a portfolio of my personal favorite images that I've made since making the switch to digital equipment, and my recent photo artwork. As an avid naturalist who has had a keen interest in nature photography for many years, I have a very large and diverse library of photos, most of which were made in Michigan. All photos are of free-roaming species in their natural habitats, unless otherwise noted.
Although I'm no longer actively marketing my work, high resolution files for most images are available for publication, stock, web site use, educational aids, and as prints. A stock/species list can be provided on request.
Please feel free to leave your comments in my guestbook, feedback is always appreciated. I hope you check back soon for updates, and many thanks for visiting.

I haven't seen any other bird photograpy that compares to yours. Just exquisite.

Some very beautiful work. I also love photographing nature, especially birds. Hearing the bird songs on your home page is very welcoming. Photography is the only way I can express myself artistically. Would you mind sharing how you created the artistic section?
I am still building my site.

Thanks for sharing your photos and art.

Am enjoying viewing your flower gallery! Wonderful photos. I especially want to comment on your excellent captures of red monarda and solidago--two flowers I have not successfully photographed. Thanks for sharing. (I found my way here via Mike Moats.)

What a wonderful blog! It is so pleasing to just wander through it. I love the music on your homepage too!
